ImbuTec is a SBA-certified 8(a) general contractor based in Pittsburgh, PA. We have built a solid track record of performance on a broad range of projects for a variety of federal customers. Over the last 5 years, ImbuTec has successfully completed a diversity of construction projects, the majority of which have been on military or other sensitive locations. We understand the demands and requirements that must be taken into account to complete construction projects in this environment. ImbuTec’s approach is to first understand the challenges facing our customers, and to then devise creative, cost-effective solutions to solve them. Our services include, but are not limited to: General Construction, Mass Notification Systems, Energy-Efficient Lighting, Electrical Construction, Security Camera Installation, Construction Management, Design/Build Construction, Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, as well as HVAC. Our performance track record demonstrates our ability to serve your needs effectively, and our safety record demonstrates that we do so while maintaining the highest safety standards. In fact, ImbuTec has had no safety incidents in more than five years.

Foster Love Project (FLP), a Wilkinsburg-based 5013c, exists to show love in action to children impacted by foster and kinship care through the provision of goods, services, and support to ensure all children, no matter their family composition, will be treated with dignity and self-worth, so they are empowered to thrive.
The Foster Love Project Bag program was launched in 2014 by founder and current Executive Director Kelly Hughes, a foster and adoptive parent, to care for children in foster care and support kinship and foster families residing in western Pennsylvania and those within driving distance. Since its establishment as a 5013c organization in 2016, and thanks to generous partners and volunteers, Foster Love Project has supported over 17,000 children and 3,000 children annually through seven intentionally designed and critical programs.

The Allegheny County Library Association (ACLA) is a federated library system of 46 public libraries delivering service in more than 70 locations. Member Libraries include the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, which has 19 locations, and 45 other libraries and their branches located outside the City of Pittsburgh throughout Allegheny County. Each library is independent and has its own board of directors; as a consortium they share a countywide catalog, jointly offer downloadable books, audios, and videos as well as online databases, and provide a diverse calendar of programming events. The eiNetwork supports the automated library operations, Internet access, and free Wi-Fi services available at all county libraries. Through its coordination, ACLA expands the resources of local libraries beyond what they could accomplish individually.
