SUMMARY:Business Finance Program with SPC
DESCRIPTION:The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission’s (SPC’s) Business Finance Program offers financing assistance to businesses with less than 100 employees operating in the commission’s nine-county region. SPC provides low-interest financing for land and building acquisition\, construction and renovation\, and machinery and equipment purchases. Finally\, the SPC can provide working capital for new inventory purchases\, employee training\, new employee salaries\, and exporting activities. \n  \n\nAcquisition of land and construction of new buildings\nThe purchase of buildings for business expansion\nPurchase of machinery or equipment\nWorking capital for businesses unable to fully finance projects\n\nSPC is happy to help their clients throughout the application process. During the initial meeting with a new client\, SPC’s Business Finance staff will determine if SPC’s financing options are right for the client.
