Foster Love Project (FLP), a Wilkinsburg-based 5013c, exists to show love in action to children impacted by foster and kinship care through the provision of goods, services, and support to ensure all children, no matter their family composition, will be treated with dignity and self-worth, so they are empowered to thrive.
The Foster Love Project Bag program was launched in 2014 by founder and current Executive Director Kelly Hughes, a foster and adoptive parent, to care for children in foster care and support kinship and foster families residing in western Pennsylvania and those within driving distance. Since its establishment as a 5013c organization in 2016, and thanks to generous partners and volunteers, Foster Love Project has supported over 17,000 children and 3,000 children annually through seven intentionally designed and critical programs.

Heuer House is a nonprofit faith-based organization in Glassport, PA with the mission to “Making a
significant positive impact in the lives of the Mon Valley Area young men, women recovering from
addiction by providing a transformational treatment experience through supportive services, counseling
and other provisional accommodations to lead to purposeful recovery and facilitate home stability.” Our
mission is to deliver comprehensive addiction treatment services in a safe and comfortable environment.
The Allegheny Land Trust (ALT) is a 501c3, independent Pennsylvania Corporation with the mission of conserving and caring for local land for the health and well-being of current and future generations.
We envision a resilient region with abundant green space that is easily accessible and recognized as essential to the quality of life for all.
Established in 1993, ALT has conserved almost 3,000 acres across Allegheny and Washington counties in over 30 municipalities. Strategic priorities include LAND CONSERVATION (protect rapidly disappearing green space for the overall well-being of the region), LAND STEWARDSHIP (manage and care for our conserved green spaces for perpetual community benefit), COMMUNITY CONSERVATION (empower communities through education, innovative programs, resources to create equity through conservation) and NATURE-BASED EDUCATION (foster an understanding of regional issues and solutions for current and future generations.

For over a decade, Lettie has conceptualized, produced and executed high end social and corporate events in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and New York. Her design aesthetic is called upon for floral and interior styling, imaginative set design for fashion shows, concerts and conferences. Lettie is also sought after by her for residential design projects, color consultations and selection of finishes. She is influenced by Paris, London, art, history and individual style.
Lettie has styled editorial design shoots for local and national magazines and blogs such as Green Wedding Shoes, The White Wren, Grey Likes Weddings, Pittsburgh Magazine and Whirl Magazine. Lettie is proud to be a Mom, an independent business owner, flaneur and ardent supporter of all that is local, sustainable and reusable.
Parkinson Foundation Western Pennsylvania (PFWPA) provides service, support and education for those living with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) and their families. All monies raised by PFWPA remain in Western Pennsylvania, and the support the 15,000+ people who have been diagnosed with PD. Parkinson’s is the fasting growing neurological disease in the world.
