BLK DYMND will be the premier mobile rewards application for Black consumers. Our sole focus is the promotion and growth of Black businesses. The BLK DYMND Rewards mobile application will provide financial rewards to conscious consumers who purchase Black products and support Black businesses. We are the only reward application in the market that solely focuses on local and national Black owned businesses.
The United Labor Agency is a non-profit 501 (c)3 based in Cleveland, Ohio incorporated in 1971. ULA has a strong history of providing workforce development services, and currently holds WIOA contracts in Pittsburgh/Allegheny County as well as Ohio. The United Labor Agency currently performs WIOA Title 1 Adult and Dislocated Worker services for PA CareerLink Pittsburgh/Allegheny County and has since 2015 and also administers additional federal, local and private grants, in both Pennsylvania and Ohio providing services to help individuals achieve the satisfaction of their basic human needs, and to provide opportunities, programs and employment to reach their full human potential.

William Marshall is the producer and organizer of the Western PA Juneteenth Celebration, the founder of Stop the Violence Pittsburgh which is a social organization designed to uplift Pittsburgh’s African American Community through cultural, economic and educational events and curve violence in Allegheny county, the producer and organizer of Pittsburgh’s Soul Food Festival, and the producer and organizer of Western PA Black History Month High School Student Summit.
