Over the last 5 years, ImbuTec has successfully completed a diversity of construction projects, the majority of which have been on military or other sensitive locations. Dr. Jacquline L. Gray is the founder and CEO of KJ Consulting.
Having worked mostly in the area of human resources as a generalist, specialist, recruiter, manager and director for nonprofit organizations and corporate companies, she is very familiar with payroll, creating and facilitating training’s, onboarding, policy and procedure and employee development. She is particularly experienced in the areas of strategic planning, directing of administrative functions in complex organizations, developing company culture and mediating employee relations disputes.
Dr. Gray earned her Doctorate Degree in Professional Leadership and Administration from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of PHRA (Pittsburgh Human Resources Association) and SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management).
Dr. Gray lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When Dr. Gray is not working she likes to spend time with her grandson.
