The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania is to be congratulated on a job well done. Doris Carson Williams, President and CEO, has been a valuable and successful business leader of minority business development in the Pittsburgh area throughout the life of the Chamber. Doris has given a tireless and effective effort in bringing about success for minority businesses in what is a very difficult market to succeed in.
