We are looking to construct a very basic goat barn/structure in our Kids Kingdom section of the Zoo. Initially, we thought something pre-fab at about 10*20 may work , but we would like the ability to hose down the floor (concrete pad) and lower portion of the wall/space for cleaning. We were also wanting to have lights, overhead fans, etc. for the goat’s comfort and some natural light possibly through window block and wanted to build in stalls. We have nearby utilities water/sewage from KK’s Discovery Pavilion, as well as electricity that we could tie into.
Attached are very rough drawings of what we’re thinking. We have used Shawnee Structure for some of our needs. This structure from B&B Hudson Quaker #B-104 has a similar layout to what our VP of Collections, Daryl Hoffman, proposed, however, we aren’t sure if we could use it or how we could protect the bottom portion of the wall when cleaning.

We have ~$20k allocated to this project and are looking for a quick turnaround for bids (we already have 2).
