With 20 years experience, I specialize in the relief of chronic pain and stress. Especially in people with autoimmune conditions. We have lived through, and are living through incredibly stressful times. We tend to hold these tensions in our bodies. If you’re in pain I have many tools in my tool belt. I help with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, inflammation, congestion and more. You deserve to live pain free and I am here to help!

At our core, our mission is to build confidence through making. By creating approachable opportunities for learners of all ages to engage with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) based activities.
Community and Outreach
Located at 4824 Penn Avenue puts us right in the middle of Pittsburgh’s Friendship, Garfield, and Bloomfield neighborhoods. Assemble is proud to connect the children in our neighborhood with fun events and workshops to help kindle their interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Assemble is a space to generate and share ideas. To that end, we welcome people who know things and people who want to know things into our community. Whether it’s a workshop for kids on how solar panels work, or an exhibition using modern technology to recreate the experience of a local farm in our space, Assemble is dedicated to sharing more ideas with more people.
Trying Together supports high-quality care and education for young children by providing advocacy, community resources, and professional growth opportunities for the needs and rights of children, their families, and the individuals who interact with them. Trying Together works regionally (in Southwestern Pennsylvania) and takes its expertise and models to statewide and national audiences.
Headquartered in the Pittsburgh area, Bettis Brothers Sand & Gravel (BBSG) has a strong commitment to economic and community development in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in August of 2017 by brothers John & Jerome Bettis, BBSG has quickly become an multi-million-dollar corporation within its first year of existence by being a pioneer in the oil and gas industry.
