Core Structure & How It Works

Business owners are matched into small, non-competing groups in their geographic region. - Professional Facilitation:
Groups are led by an experienced business expert or mentor. - Time Commitment:
Members meet online for 2 hours per month, plus light actionable coursework focused on real-world challenges. - 3-Year Competency Model:
A multi-year curriculum that develops long-term skills across key areas like strategy, sales, financials, team management, and business ops.
Qualification Requirements
The program focuses on existing small businesses beyond the initial startup phase:
- In Business:
Operating for at least 1 year. - Revenue:
Generating at least $30,000 in annual gross revenue. - Commitment:
Owner works in the business full-time and is actively seeking growth.
