GG’s Cafe is currently part of the signature brand, operating in East Liberty, serving up classic, homestyle comfort foods in the community.

MaestroChef’s Products is also a DBA under Michael’s Manna and provides original flavors (spices) for consumers, and high end food service operations.

Flavors Famous Street Food is Pittsburgh’s first and only Chicago Style Street Food concept. Our menu was designed to bring popular street food eats from all over the United States to attract foodies. In 2019, we opened our doors to introduce Pittsburgh to the popular Italian beef sandwich, maxwell street polish sausage, gym shoe hoagie, pizza puffs, and barbecue hotlinks. These are all popular stables to the well-known street food cuisines from my hometown Chicago.

EECM is a nonprofit organization based in East Liberty with the mission of changing the lives of people facing the impacts of poverty. Through three core programs, it serves over 10,000 people annually. Its programs include a food pantry open five days a week, a community kitchen serving a daily, free lunch to the community, an emergency shelter, transitional post-rehab program, and employment support services, as well as children and youth programming focused on drug and violence prevention.
