Charter School

Propel Schools is a nonprofit network of public charter schools proudly rooted in the Pittsburgh region. With 10 schools across Allegheny County, we are redefining what public education can look like—ensuring that every child, regardless of zip code, has access to a high-quality, high-expectation learning environment.
Our schools offer rigorous academics, small class sizes, and personalized support to prepare scholars for success in college, careers, and life. We focus not only on academic achievement but also on leadership development, civic responsibility, and the real-world skills needed to thrive in today’s economy.
As a regional asset and national model, Propel Schools demonstrates how innovative public education can unlock potential, uplift communities, and create pathways to prosperity. We are proud to partner with local businesses and organizations to support our scholars and families—because when our scholars succeed, our region grows stronger.
If your business is interested in supporting the next generation of leaders and changemakers, we welcome you to connect with us. Learn more at our website and reach out directly to Senior Director Sonya Meadows.

Flavors Famous Street Food is Pittsburgh’s first and only Chicago Style Street Food concept. Our menu was designed to bring popular street food eats from all over the United States to attract foodies. In 2019, we opened our doors to introduce Pittsburgh to the popular Italian beef sandwich, maxwell street polish sausage, gym shoe hoagie, pizza puffs, and barbecue hotlinks. These are all popular stables to the well-known street food cuisines from my hometown Chicago.
